1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Warm Paw Studio. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

Every set is hand-painted, so small variations in colour, brushwork, and finish are normal and are not defects. Product photographs are representative; on-screen colours may differ slightly from the physical product depending on your display. Dimensions and contents are listed on each product page.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. If a price is listed incorrectly, we will contact you before charging and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, if the order appears fraudulent, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

5. Custom and personalised orders

For custom sets you are responsible for supplying a clear photograph and for approving the digital proof we send. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Once approved, the design cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled. Please read the refund policy for how personalised items are handled.

By sending us a photograph you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce your order. We will not publish your photo or the finished set on our site or social media without your explicit permission.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store card details. Your order is dispatched only after payment has cleared. If a payment is later reversed or charged back, we may cancel the order or invoice you for the amount owed.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery times stated on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. See the shipping policy for details on transit times, customs, and lost parcels.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, and artwork on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or product photographs without written permission. This includes using our images to resell counterfeit copies of our sets.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, probing its security, submitting fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape content or place bulk orders.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
