After checkout you will receive an email asking for your pet photo and any notes about markings, eye colour, or accessories you want included. We send a digital proof for approval before painting begins — nothing goes to the brush until you say yes.
Because this set is made to order for one person, please allow up to 14 days for painting. If the finished set does not match the approved proof, we will repaint it at no cost.
